As you may be aware, Austin Tamil Sangam is planning to hold its annual election during early November 2018 to elect its Executive Committee and Board Members. All members of ATS, as well as individuals living in Austin (within 30 miles radius of downtown) who are interested in the welfare and advancement of ATS and in becoming members of ATS, are eligible to vote. In preparation for this election, we are in the process of compiling a validated voters list. All ATS members (as of March 1, 2018 and as of December 1, 2017 membership roster) will be automatically entered in the voters list. Others will have an opportunity to enroll by filling out the registration form at the link.

The registration form must be completed and submitted by 11:59 pm on Friday, November 2, 2018. If you know of someone who will be interested in registering but may not have received this email, please forward this to them.
Note that ATS election rules permit only one vote per household. We request your early action to register.
