கொண்டாடுவதற்கு நீங்கள் அனைவரும்வழங்கிய அபாரமான பங்கேற்பும் ஆதரவுக்கும்எங்கள் மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம். இந்தக் கொண்டாட்டம் சனிக்கிழமை,
18 ஏப்ரல்2026 அன்று மதியம் 2:00 மணி முதல் மாலை 7:30 மணி வரை Unity Church of the Hills, Austin வளாகத்தின் உள் அரங்கில் நடைபெற்றது. 
இந்நிகழ்ச்சியின் கருப்பொருள் ‘பருவகாலங்கள் (The Seasons)’ என்பதாக அமைந்தது.பெயருக்கேற்ப, இவ்விழா உயிர்த்துடிப்பானதிருவிழா-கார்னிவலாக அமைந்தது. செழுமையானபண்பாட்டு நிகழ்ச்சிகள், உற்சாகமான விவாதங்கள்,விளையாட்டுகள் நிறைந்த பரபரப்பான சந்தை(Marketplace), மேலும் பல்வேறு உணவு மற்றும்விற்பனையாளர்களின் சிறப்பான பங்கேற்புஆகியவை விழாவுக்கு தனிச்சிறப்புச் சேர்த்தன.தொடர்ந்து ஒரு வாரம் நீடித்த வசந்தகால மழையைக்கருத்திற்கொண்டு, விழா இடையூறு இன்றிநடைபெற வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக நிகழ்ச்சியை உள்அரங்கிற்கு மாற்ற ATS ஒருங்கிணைத்தது. வானிலைசவாலாக இருந்தபோதும், ஆஸ்டின் தமிழ் சமூகம்பெருமளவில் 
கலந்து கொண்டு, வண்ணமயமானபாரம்பரிய உடைகளுடன் விழாவின் உற்சாகத்தையும்சமூக ஒற்றுமை உணர்வையும் மேலும் உயர்த்தியது.பண்பாட்டு நிகழ்ச்சி எங்கள் உள்ளூர் சமூகத்தில்நிறைந்துள்ள 
பேராற்றலை வெளிப்படுத்தியது. சிறுகுழந்தைகள் முதல் பெரியவர்கள் வரை பலரும்பங்கேற்று நாட்டுப்புறம், ஃப்யூஷன், மேற்கத்தியமற்றும் பாரம்பரிய நடனங்கள், நேரடி இசை, 
மேலும்விவசாயத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை மையமாகக்கொண்ட நாடகம் ஆகியவற்றை சிறப்பாகவழங்கினர். நிகழ்ச்சித் 
தொகுப்பாளர்கள் (MCs) திட்டமிட்ட நேரத்திற்கு துல்லியமாக நிகழ்ச்சிதொடங்கி முடிவடைவதை உறுதிசெய்தனர்.அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட 
நேரத்தில் வந்துஅழைக்கப்பட்டபோது உடனடியாக மேடையேறிநிகழ்த்திய அனைத்து கலைஞர்களுக்கும் சிறப்புப்பாராட்டுகள்.மாலை நிகழ்ச்சி “நிகழ்ச்சியின் சிறப்பம்சமாக”அமைந்த நக்கீரர் 
பட்டிமன்றக் குழுவினரின்நகைச்சுவை நிறைந்த பட்டிமன்றத்துடன்உச்சத்தைத் தொட்டது. உள்ளூர் பேச்சாளர்களின்பங்கேற்பும், உள்ளக அரங்கின் 
நெருக்கமானசூழலும் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியை அனைவரும் முழுமையாகரசிக்க ஏற்றதாக அமைந்தன.திருவிழாவின் விளையாட்டு கூடங்கள் அனைத்துவயதினரையும் பெரிதும் 
கவர்ந்தன. குறிப்பாக’எங்கேயோ கேட்ட பாடல்’ எனும் பழைய பாடல்அடையாளம் காணும் விளையாட்டு பலரின் இனியநினைவுகளை மீட்டுத் தந்து கூட்டத்தின் சிறப்புகவனத்தைப் பெற்றது.மேலும், எங்கள் இளைஞர் வாரியத் தலைவர்கள்இலவச டாட்டூ, ஓவியம் மற்றும் மெஹந்தி (Henna) வழங்கும் ஸ்டாலைச் சிறப்பாக நடத்தி, இளைஞர்கள்மற்றும் குடும்பங்களிடையே பெரும் வரவேற்பைப்பெற்றனர்.உணவுப் பகுதியில் உள்ளூர்விற்பனையாளர்களிடமிருந்து 40-க்கும் மேற்பட்டபாரம்பரிய உணவுப் பொருட்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. இட்லி/வடகறி, பருத்திப்பால், பரோட்டா சால்னா, போளி, 
மதராஸ் ஃபில்டர் காபி ஆகியவை குறிப்பாகஅனைவரின் விருப்பமானவையாக இருந்தன. அதேநேரத்தில், விற்பனையாளர்கள் அழகிய புடவைகள்முதல் நடனப் பள்ளிகள், 
ஓட்டுநர் மற்றும் கல்விச்சேவைகள், மேலும் TNF போன்ற சமூகச் சேவைகள்வரை பல்வேறு பொருள்களையும் சேவைகளையும்அறிமுகப்படுத்தினர்.மேலும், தேவாலய வளாக விதிமுறைகளை எங்கள்சமூகம் பொறுப்புடன் பின்பற்றியதற்காக வளாகநிகழ்வு மேலாளர்களிடமிருந்து உயர்ந்த பாராட்டுகள்கிடைத்ததை பெருமையுடன் பகிர்கிறோம்.இவ்விழாவை வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்த உதவிய எங்கள்கலைஞர்கள், பங்கேற்பாளர்கள், ஆதரவாளர்கள்(Sponsors), விற்பனையாளர்கள், மற்றும்அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் பணியாற்றிய தன்னார்வலர்கள்அனைவருக்கும் மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை மனமார்ந்தநன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். உங்கள்அனைவரின் ஒத்துழைப்பும் ஆதரவும் காரணமாகவேஇந்தக் கொண்டாட்டம் சாத்தியமாகி, உண்மையிலேயே சிறப்பானதாக அமைந்தது.

True to its name, the event was a vibrant carnival featuring a rich cultural show, spirited debates, and a bustling marketplace engaging games, and a diverse array of food and retail vendors.
This celebration was held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 2:00pm – 7:30pm at Unity Church of the Hills, Austin, indoor facility. The theme for this event was ‘Seasons (ParuvaKaalangal)’
Our theme proved surprisingly fitting. After a week of consistent spring rain, the ATS Board diligently coordinated a move to an indoor facility to ensure the festivities could continue uninterrupted. Despite the inclement weather, the Austin Tamil community arrived in full force, with participants dressed in stunning, colorful traditional attire, adding to the festive Thiruvizha Kondatam atmosphere bringing the community spirit.
The cultural program spotlighted the immense talent within our local community, featuring performers ranging from young children to adults. The audience was treated to an assorted mix of Folk, Fusion, Western, and Classical dances, alongside live music and a moving drama centered on the importance of farming. The stage show was guided by our MCs ensured the program started and ended exactly on time. Kudos to all the performers arriving on reporting time to perform when they were called.
The evening reached a high note with our “highlight of the event”— a hilarious Pattimandram (debate) by Nakeerar Pattimandra Kuzhu with local speakers. Perhaps nature moved us indoors for a reason, as the intimate setting provided the perfect atmosphere to fully enjoy these spectacular performances. 
The Thiruvizha game tents were a hit for “children at heart” of all ages. The crowd favorite was undoubtedly ‘Engeyo Keta Paadal’—a nostalgic song-guessing game that brought back fond memories for many participants.
Additionally, our Youth Board leaders hosted a popular booth offering complimentary tattoos, painting, and Henna.
The dedicated food area featured over 40 traditional items from local vendors, including favorites like Idli/vadacurry, Paruthi Paal, Parotta Salna, Poli, and Madras Filter Kapi. Meanwhile, our retail vendors showcased a diverse range of offerings, from elegant Sarees to dance school, driving and educational and community services like TNF.
We are proud to share that our community strictly adhered to the church facility policies, earning high praise from the facility event managers.
Finally, a massive thank you to our performers, participants, sponsors, vendors, and dedicated volunteers. You made this celebration possible and truly wonderful.
